The Shit Which Happened

My mother is in Florida. Normally, I'd be jealous or unhappy or something. But right now she's in Florida because my grandmother fell down. My grandmother is 84 years old now, so this is something big. My Aunt Naomi was with her last week, and she's going home tomorrow. My Mom's staying to take care of her. Grandma had an operation today. She's doing well, but when you're that old well is relative . . .

I'm worried about her. We all are.
