So, tonight I went shopping for food. Along the way, I saw the Jupiter/Mars/Moon. I had seen a news story informing that they'd be out in quite a striking and bright arrangement this weekend, but wow. The moon was in what is called a "dipper," because the crescent is tipped so that it looks almost like a dipper holding some liquid. Jupiter and Mars were both highly visible, and since it is a cloudless night, I could see all the other stars as well. I did try taking pictures, but apparently you need special cameras to take pictures of stars; mine just sees black, so I do not upload them.

Still, not a bad thing to see, while going for food.
