Question, Day 7. Ish.

That could be two questions: one, which set of mythologies do I like best, or two, which mythological event did I like best?

I can't really answer the first one. I like them all much too much XD But I admit I tend to play more in Western mythology. This is more because I know them better, though.

As for which event is my favorite? I'd probably have to say the one in Indian mythology where some sage goes to the god's house and knocks and gets no response, so he goes and sits down and wait for the god to get back from whatever he's doing. After a while, the god comes to the door, with his wife, and they both have that, ahem, glow. The sage is all like, "WTF?!? You chose to have sex rather than come talk to me? Fine! Your symbol from now on is the penis!" And so it was.

Obviously, the sage had never had sex :P

Question, Day 8

Sort of? My own family owns no pets. But the A family, with whom I am living, own an incredibly loud parrot-bird-thing and an incredibly old dog. I don't mind the dog, although he's an awful lot of work for an animal that I feel out to be put out of his old-blind-diabetic misery. But I mind the bird, because she will not shut up ad Ellie makes it worse by feeding her to make her be quiet, which is what Pavlov calls rewarding bad behavior. Carebear and I have both told not to, but she persists . . .

Do you cook? What foods do you like to make (and eat)?
