Weekly Report . . .
Aug. 1st, 2010 11:17 pm. . . because I only seem to be doing these on Sunday XD
So, at ChezA, nobody cooks. This is Sad, because I grew up in a house where Panda is a foodie and MW, foodie or not, is a Good Cook, and on Caturday nights we watch things like Good Eats and Iron Chef. At ChezA, we only even eat together twice a week at best.
Therefore, I bethought myself, what can I make that is tasty, plentiful, not too hard, makes good leftovers, and will be liked by a family that thinks 'pasta and cheese' is gourmet?
Tuna casserole! A thing MW made on Monday nights when I was growing up, so that we'd be able to take the rest of it for lunch the rest of the week. It scales well also, for added benefits.
After explaining this to the A family, and to my coworkers, and to my internet friends, I realized that this is not in fact a common recipe. Which is a shame, because it's really good. Thus:
