Rain

Dear California,

I can see you have figured out the rain thing. It has been grey rain nonstop for almost twenty-four hours how, and I am sure all the plants are going to grow like gangbusters.

Next bit of advice: stop it. Plants need sunlight in addition to water. Also, I get cranky if I don't get enough sun, or have to spend entire days slightly damp from walking outside in the wet. Learn to intersperse the two, so that each week has one or two days of rain. That is best for everyone.
